Jury & Awards
The Lust*awards are presented in recognition of outstanding cinematic achievements in relation to their queer feminist contribution to society by a select, professional jury of experts. The Lust*awards only consider Short Films submitted to the festival.

- Best International Short
- Best Intimacy Short
The ceremony will take place on Sunday, October 11 at 4 pm at Stadtkino Basel. Right after, you can enjoy a screening of the winning short films. An Audience Award will also be presented across all categories, giving the public a chance to highlight their favorites.
Yuna Hoch (she/her)
Yuna Hoch is a film scholar and curator from Liechtenstein. She has a Master’s degree in Film and Gender Studies, with a primary focus on trans* representation and genre film. She currently works in programming at Kino Xenix in Zurich, and over the years has contributed to various film festivals, including Fantoche, Brugggore, and Filmfest Liechtenstein.
Ernesto Fag & Cilu Dièl (they/them & she/her)
Ernesto and Cilo met at film school eight years ago. Since then, they have worked as part of the "Bande James Bond" collective, directing and producing three movies together. They explore diverse backgrounds: queer and weird cinema, B-movie fantasmagories and heroic loser’s odysseys, to depict a funny-tragic-spicy new story.
JorgeTheObscene (he/him)
JorgeTheObscene is a Chilean pornographer, performer, film curator and sex worker, currently based in Europe. Since 2014 he started his exploration in queer/alternative porn. He is a film curator at Post Porn Lab by the Post Porn Arts Fest in Warsaw, and in the short film screening Esto (No) Es Porno Gay, in Barcelona.
